Holiday Times
December 25 - January 14, Easter Friday - Tuesday, Long Weekends, Melbourne Cup Weekend & Major events (ie Southern 80, Jazz Food & Wine Festival, Winter Blues Festival, Steam Rally, Heritage Festival etc.) No single rates on above nights.
Over Peak Periods
Saturday night must be taken with another night (ie. Friday or Sunday) and a 3 night minimum applies with some holiday times.
Booking/Cancellation Policy
Bookings are secured by credit card or a $50.00 deposit per room forwarded within seven days of making the reservation. Bookings cancelled with less then 3 days notice will forfeit their deposit or have $50.00 charged to your credit card. Bookings that are not secured may not be held.
Bookings made over peak periods (Holiday Times) are secured by credit card or a deposit equivilent to the first nights tariff. Bookings cancelled over peak periods (Holiday Times) require a seven day cancellation notice or deposits will be forfeited.
